We recently held a Scientific Programme strategy day at the Imperial War Museum Duxford conference and events facility and had an excellent experience! The signage was clear and easy to follow, making the venue straightforward to find for all attendees. The Airside Suite was spacious, bright and well suited to our group, providing a comfortable and inspiring environment for discussion.

It was also a real highlight to have the opportunity to explore the museum during the lunch break, which added something special to the day. The food and refreshments were of very good quality throughout, and the team on site were attentive and accommodating — nothing was too much trouble. We would be very happy to return for future events.

Our visit to Duxford was extremely well organised and valuable for the team. The morning conference facilities provided a good space for focused discussion, followed by thoughtful, bespoke tours that helped bring the museum and its exhibits to life. Having the opportunity to freely explore the site afterwards was enjoyable, allowing for a relaxed exploration of the many fascinating exhibits. Overall, a very worthwhile and well-run visit.

This is our third year using this special venue for an annual training event. It has not failed to impress. Feedback from our delegates has always been extremely positive, particularly with the aviation enthusiasts. The location and transport infrastructure is ideal for our regional event. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful making for a stress free experience for event organisers/trainers.

The facilities are brilliant. The chance of seeing a spitfire firing up and taking off is a very welcome distraction, and having access to the museum during lunch breaks has been a real hit. The catering options are varied and the quality has always been of a very high standard. Happy delegates make for a successful event!
